Customer Care Officer

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team in Golghar, Gorakhpur. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions, resolve queries, and ensure a positive customer experience. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information.

• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

• Meet daily and monthly performance targets.

• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.

• Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is preferred.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Ability to work in a team environment.

• Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills.
