Job Duties & Responsibilities
To interact with hospital insurance patients.
Create WhatsApp groups to provide/share information.
Collecting necessary documents from the Patient /Hospital.
Coordinate with internal medical and Ops team for initial approval.
Cross-checking the files before sharing with the approval team.
Educating patients about deduction.
To create awareness about reimbursement claims. (Pre & Post Hospitalization)
Collecting claim support documents from the patients/hospitals & coordinating with the back-end team to ensure smooth transfer of data to the TPA/Insurance company.
Efficiently and effectively handle grievances/issues raised by hospital staff & patients, escalate issues to the team leader, as necessary.
Follow up and provide Updates to the clients
Efficiently and effectively handle grievances/issues raised by hospital staff & patients, escalate issues to the team leader, Regional Manager Claims Assistance, Manager Operations, and Business Head as necessary.
