We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to handle customer queries and provide excellent service in the travel and hospitality sector. The role involves assisting customers with bookings, travel-related inquiries, and service support while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Handle customer calls, emails, and chats professionally
Assist customers with travel bookings, reservations, and inquiries
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
Provide accurate information about travel packages, hotels, and services
Maintain customer records and follow up when required
Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
Salary: ₹15,500 – ₹18,500 per month
Incentives: Up to ₹3,000 per month
