Jaipuri Stitch is looking for a customer-oriented and well-organised professional to manage daily customer support and e-commerce operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, managing returns and exchanges, coordinating deliveries, maintaining stock records, and performing basic operations on Shopify.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily customer queries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat.

• Manage return, exchange, refund, and replacement requests.

• Track orders and coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely deliveries.

• Resolve delivery delays, shipment issues, and customer complaints.

• Monitor stock availability and maintain accurate inventory records.

• Use Shopify to check orders, update order details, and manage basic e-commerce operations.

• Maintain records of customer queries, returns, exchanges, and pending issues.

• Follow up on unresolved customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Skills & Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Basic knowledge of Shopify and e-commerce operations.

• Basic computer knowledge, including email, Excel, and Google Sheets.

• Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage daily operations efficiently.

• Prior experience in customer support or e-commerce operations will be preferred.
