We are looking for an energetic and motivated Customer Growth Trainee (CGT) to support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention activities. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, promoting products/services, and contributing to business growth.
Engage with potential and existing customers via calls, emails, or chats.
Explain products/services clearly and address customer queries.
Support lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion activities.
Maintain accurate customer data and interaction records in CRM tools.
Assist in upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team.
Achieve assigned targets and performance metrics.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive growth
