Role Overview
We are hiring Customer Care Executives to handle Voice, Chat, and Email processes. The role involves delivering excellent customer support, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer interactions via Voice / Chat / Email channels
• Understand customer issues and provide timely and accurate resolutions
• Maintain professionalism and service quality standards
• Document customer interactions and update systems accurately
• Meet individual and team performance metrics (TAT, quality, productivity)
• Follow process guidelines and compliance standards

Eligibility & Skills Required
• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge
• Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (as per process requirement)
• Willingness to work from office in Jamshedpur
