Role Overview
We are looking for Chat Support Executives to handle Chat and Email support processes. The role focuses on providing high-quality customer service, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer interactions through Chat / Email
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions
• Maintain professionalism and service quality standards
• Document interactions and update customer records accurately
• Meet performance metrics such as TAT, Quality, and Productivity
• Adhere to process guidelines and compliance requirements

Eligibility & Required Skills
• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
• Good communication skills in English
• Basic computer knowledge
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (as per process)
