*Job Title: Customer Support Specialist – US Healthcare Process*

Location: Wagle Estate, Thane west

Job Type: Full-Time Shift: Any Rotational Shifts (24/7), no shifts in midnight

5 days working, 2 rotational week offs

No Transportation provided by the company We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our US Healthcare process team.

*Required Skills & Qualifications*

● HSC, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

● 1–3 years of experience in US healthcare customer service, medical billing(preferred)

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Ability to handle high-volume calls and multitask effectively.

● Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.

● Willingness to work US shifts. Preferred Qualifications

● Experience in claims processing, provider support, patient support, or revenue cycle management.

● Prior experience in a BPO or healthcare support environment.
