Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities

• Generate leads through calls, meetings, and market research

• Present and explain products/services to clients

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers

• Follow up with clients for feedback and repeat business

• Prepare sales reports and update CRM systems

• Coordinate with marketing and support teams

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to convince and close deals

• Customer-focused approach

• Basic knowledge of sales techniques

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

• MS Excel / CRM knowledge (preferred)

Qualifications

• Graduate / Undergraduate (Any stream)

• MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
