Customer Care Manager (Female)

Company: Sri Jain Jewel Park
Location: KPHB Colony, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other online platforms.
Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
Follow up with customers regarding orders, repairs, and deliveries.
Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure excellent customer service.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
Prepare and submit daily and monthly customer service reports.
Manage customer feedback and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Support promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities.

Requirements:

Female candidates preferred.
Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM software).
Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
Experience in customer service or CRM is preferred.
Jewellery retail experience is an added advantage.
