We are hiring an experienced and customer-focused Customer Care Manager (CCM) or Assistant CCM to manage service-related customer experience, grievance handling, and CSI improvement at our automobile service department.

Candidates with Assistant CCM experience will be preferred at ₹25,000+
Minimum 5+ years' experience in service department customer care
Prior Assistant CCM experience preferred
Male candidate required
Strong communication and customer-handling skills
The Customer Care Manager (CCM) / Assistant CCM will be responsible for managing customer experience in the service department, handling escalations and grievances, improving CSI scores, and coordinating closely with service advisors and workshop teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.
Handle service-related customer concerns, complaints, and escalations
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues with proper follow-up
Monitor and improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
Manage CRM follow-ups, callbacks, and customer retention activities
Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and workshop teams
Analyze customer feedback and identify improvement areas
Support service team to improve service quality and processes
Prepare reports related to customer complaints, CSI, and retention
Ensure professional communication and customer experience standards
Strong experience in service department customer handling
Grievance management and escalation handling
CRM management, CSI improvement & customer retention
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
