We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, delivering excellent customer support, and resolving customer queries and concerns efficiently. This role offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for career growth.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Any Degree
Language proficiency: Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory
Basic English communication skills are required
Experience: Experience Range (Freshers and experienced candidates can apply)
Strong communication and customer-handling skills
Ability to resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
Working days 5 days in a week (rotational shift)
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with customer support systems
