Customer Support Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, patient, and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to assist customers with their questions, issues, and requests. The ideal candidate will communicate clearly, resolve problems efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries through phone, email, chat, and other support channels.

• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely solutions.

• Handle complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when required.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.

• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.

• Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Product, and Technical Support.

• Meet customer-service targets, response-time goals, and quality standards.

• Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback with the relevant teams.

• Maintain a professional and positive attitude in all customer interactions.

Requirements

• Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.

• 0–3 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a related role.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable using computers, email, CRM systems, and chat-support tools.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
