Position: Customer Support Executive – Voice Process

Qualification: PUC / Graduate

Experience: Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply

Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹23,000 per month

Working Days: 5 days a week

Week Off: 2 days rotational week off

Cab Facility: One-way cab facility provided

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and provide professional support.(UK and US process)

• Understand customer queries and resolve issues promptly.

• Provide accurate information about products and services.

• Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly approach.

• Record customer interactions and update necessary details in the system.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.

• Meet customer service and quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

• PUC or Graduate qualification.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

• Good verbal communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Customer-focused attitude and willingness to work in a rotational shift environment.
