💼 Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls and/or chats.

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.

• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach.

• Record customer interactions and update necessary information.

• Escalate complex issues to the concerned team.

• Meet process-specific quality and performance targets.

👤 Requirements

• Good communication skills in English.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Customer-focused attitude.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Candidates should be comfortable with rotational shifts.

💰 Salary & Benefits

• 6 days working

• 1 rotational week off

• Rotational shifts

• Night shifts may be applicable.

• Drop facility available for eligible shifts.

• 9 hours working including breaks.
