• Rotational Shifts
• 9 Working Hours (Including Break)
• 6 Days Working
• 1 Rotational Week Off

• Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a professional approach.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and accurately.
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and operational guidelines.
