About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our growing team. Both Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

The selected candidates will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice, chat, or email as per the assigned process.

• Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer concerns.

• Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.

• Understand customer requirements and resolve issues effectively.

• Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions.

• Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.

• Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

Eligibility

For Freshers

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work in a team environment.

For Experienced Candidates

• Prior experience in BPO, Customer Support, Chat Support, Voice Process, or Email Support is preferred.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Ability to manage customer concerns professionally.

• Candidates with relevant process experience will be preferred.
