We are hiring Customer Care Executives for a Voice Process. The candidate will handle customer calls, resolve queries, and provide support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls.
Answer customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain professional communication with customers.
Record customer details and call information in the system.
Escalate issues to the concerned team when required.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Basic communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge.
