📢 We Are Hiring – Customer Support Executive

Company: Woodrock Infotech Pvt. Ltd.
Location: 8th Floor, Bhavya Corporate Tower, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow
Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via calls / chats / emails
Provide timely and accurate support to customers
Maintain records of customer interactions
Follow company policies and quality standards

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience not mandatory (Freshers can apply)
Good communication skills in English/Hindi
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Salary:

₹13,000 – ₹15,000 CTC
