Job Summary:
We are looking for a capable and adaptable candidate to provide onsite support for our client operations in Afghanistan. The role involves system support, coordination with local teams, and ensuring smooth technical/service assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide onsite support for system operations and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
Train users on system functionality if required.
Prepare basic reports and updates on daily activities.
Requirements:
Graduation in any field; technical background preferred.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel and stay in Afghanistan for 2 months.
Prior support experience (IT/Operations) is an added advantage.
