Eligibility Criteria

• Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Pursuing Graduation

• Excellent communication skills in Gujarati/Bengali or other regional languages

• Willing to relocate to Hyderabad, if required

• Flexible to work in rotational shifts between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM (9-hour shift)

Salary

• CTC: ₹16,000 – ₹17,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a customer-first approach.

• Understand customer concerns, identify their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.

• Demonstrate empathy, patience, and active listening during customer interactions.

• Resolve customer issues effectively and escalate complex cases whenever required.

• Manage difficult conversations with confidence using strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow organizational processes.

• Adhere to assigned work schedules and maintain regular attendance.

• Be flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and overtime based on business requirements.

Problem-Solving & Operational Skills

• Analyze customer concerns logically and provide timely resolutions.

• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet service level expectations.

• Make sound decisions while handling customer queries.
