Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently.

Graduates, Undergraduates, and 12th Pass candidates can apply.
Freshers are welcome.
Candidates with 6 months or more experience in any BPO process will be preferred.
Age: 18 to 34 years.
Required Skills
Fluent communication in English and Hindi.
Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
