Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the Airtel Black Inbound Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound customer calls, resolving customer queries, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls.

• Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.

• Maintain records of customer interactions.

• Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution.

• Follow company quality and process standards.

Eligibility

• Graduation (10+2+3) is mandatory.

• Experience: 0–4 Years.

• Age: 18–30 Years.
