Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries related to banking products and services.
Assist customers with account-related requests and basic banking transactions.
Provide accurate and timely resolutions via voice or non-voice support, as assigned.
Verify customer information while maintaining data confidentiality.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
Maintain high standards of customer service, quality, and compliance.
Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
Meet daily productivity, quality, and attendance targets.
Follow banking policies, process guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
