Customer Support Executive – Voice & Email Process

📍 Location: Garebhavipalya, Bengaluru

💰 Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000/month (Based on Process)

🎓 Qualification: PUC (10+2) & Above / Graduation (as per process)

🗓️ Working Days: 5 or 6 Days Working with Rotational Week Offs

Requirements :

Good to Very Good English communication.

Hindi and/or regional languages (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali) depending on the process.

Freshers can apply for selected processes; experienced candidates are required for some roles.

Basic computer knowledge and customer handling skills.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, chats, or emails.

Resolve customer queries professionally.

Update customer records in the system.

Follow company guidelines and achieve quality and productivity targets.

Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
