About the Role :
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic team as Customer Care Executives for both Voice and Sales processes. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and promote products or services to potential customers while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Identify customer needs, clarify information, and close sales effectively.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt resolution and support.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets set by the company.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Minimum education: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
Age: 18 to 30 years.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Prior experience in customer service or sales preferred (freshers may also apply).
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
