Location: Navi Mumbai

We are hiring for multiple roles in a leading BPO company:

Open Positions:

Telecaller (Banking Collection Process)
Customer Support (Voice Process)

Eligibility:

12th Pass & Above
Good communication skills
Languages: Hindi / Bengali / English (as per role)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 (Based on role & experience)

Shift: Day & Rotational
Off: 1 Fixed Weekly Off

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries
Follow up for payments (Banking Process)

Freshers & Experienced both can apply.
