Job Description

Vardhman Autowheels Pvt. Ltd. – Volkswagen Raipur is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, ensuring exceptional customer service, addressing customer queries, and maintaining strong relationships throughout the customer journey. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding sales, service, appointments, vehicle delivery, and dealership processes.

• Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• Conduct customer follow-up calls for feedback, service reminders, test drives, deliveries, and campaigns.

• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

• Coordinate with Sales, Service, and CRM teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

• Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate department and follow up until closure.

• Support customer satisfaction initiatives such as CEM, PSF, and other Volkswagen customer experience programs.

• Meet daily and monthly KPIs, including call quality, follow-up completion, and customer satisfaction scores.

• Ensure all customer interactions reflect Volkswagen's standards of professionalism and hospitality.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

• Experience: 0–2 years in Customer Service, CRM, BPO, Call Centre, or Automotive Industry (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

• Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Working Days: 6 Days a Week

• Shift: Day Shift

• Location: Volkswagen Raipur, Raipur, Chhattisgarh

• Salary: As per company standards (Negotiable based on experience)
