Role Summary
We are looking for an Customer Care Executive to manage B2B tour operations for Bali. The role involves handling bookings, coordinating with vendors, supporting agents, and ensuring smooth execution of travel itineraries.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage bookings for hotels, transfers, sightseeing, and activities in Bali
• Coordinate with Bali-based vendors for confirmations and changes
• Ensure timely and smooth execution of travel itineraries
• Handle booking updates and cancellations via internal systems
• Assist Indian travel agents via email, WhatsApp, and phone
• Prepare travel documents like vouchers, invoices, and confirmations
• Resolve on-ground issues and monitor guest feedback
• Work with sales and quotation teams for smooth handovers
