About the Role:

We are hiring Customer Success Associates to join our growing team. This is a voice-based role where you will speak to customers over the phone to understand their insurance needs and help them choose the right Health, Motor, or Life insurance plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
  

• Understand their insurance needs and suggest suitable options
  

• Clearly explain benefits, features, and pricing
  

• Build good relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  

• Meet daily and monthly targets
  

• Keep records updated in the system
  

• Stay informed about insurance products and rules
  
  

Skills Required:

• Good communication in English and Hindi
  

• Clear speech with neutral accent
  

• Good grammar and pronunciation
  

• Customer-first attitude
  

• Sales skills are a plus
  
  

Qualifications:

• Any graduate
  

• Freshers and experienced both can apply
  

• Preference to candidates with insurance or sales experience
  
  

Salary:

• Freshers: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
  

• Experienced: Up to ₹31,000 per month
