Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Advisor – Insurance Sales, you will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and offering suitable insurance products. This is an advisory sales role that requires a consultative approach to selling while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively communicate with customers via calls to understand their insurance needs

Recommend and sell appropriate insurance products

Address customer inquiries and offer accurate information and guidance

Handle objections and close sales effectively

Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary

Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales made

Work towards individual and team sales targets

Candidate Requirements:

Excellent spoken English (must meet Versant Level 5 or above)

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Customer-centric attitude with a passion for sales

Preferred: Experience in customer service or insurance sales

Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹31,000 CTC per month (based on experience and qualifications)
