About the Role
Torero Softwares Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our growing support team. If you have good communication skills and a basic understanding of accounting and GST, we'd love to hear from you!

Job Location: Lower Parel (East), Mumbai

Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls professionally.

• Assist customers with queries related to business management ERP software, basic accounting and GST.

• Provide clear, accurate, and timely solutions.

• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience.

• Basic knowledge of computer operations, accounting and GST

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
