Role Overview
We are looking for a Support Executive who is comfortable handling high-volume calling and student communication across calls, chats, and emails.
Key Responsibilities
Make 60–100 outbound calls per day when required
Handle incoming calls professionally
Respond to student queries on chat and email
Provide program-related support and clarification
Maintain call records and follow-up sheets
Coordinate with operations team for issue resolution
Experience Required
Minimum 1+ years of experience in support or customer service roles. Service-based company experience preferred (e.g., Amazon support).
Required Skills
Strong verbal communication in Hindi & English
Good written English
Comfortable handling chats and emails
Basic Google Sheets knowledge
Tech-savvy
Must own a laptop
