Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and register complaints.
Provide end-to-end resolution and ensure First Time Right (FTR)

Eligibility

Education: Min 12th Passed or any 3 years Diploma after 10th and above can apply.
Technical Skills: MS Office, Typing (15 WPM with 85% accuracy)
Specific Skills: Good communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and customer focus.

Working Conditions

Working Days: 6 days/week (1 rotational week off)
Work Duration: 9 hours (inclusive of breaks)
Shift Timings:
- Male: 24x7 rotational shifts
- Female: 6 AM to 6 PM

Salary

CTC: ₹14,011 per month
Net Take Home: ₹11,454 per month
