Back Office – Voice Process (L1)

Bangalore – Marathahalli | Work From Office

We are looking for immediate joiners for Back Office Executive (Voice Process) to join our team at Teleperformance. Freshers with strong Hindi & English communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound voice calls in Hindi (English conversational level required)

  • Provide accurate information and support to customers

  • Maintain proper call documentation and system updates

  • Follow defined process guidelines and quality standards

  • Resolve basic customer queries and escalate when required

  • Ensure professional communication and customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduation mandatory

  • Fluent Hindi & English communication

  • 0–1 year BPO experience (Freshers welcome)

  • Willing to work 6 days between 8 AM – 9 PM

  • Immediate joiners only

Salary:

  • CTC: ₹23,000 (Freshers) | ₹26,000 (1+ yr experience)

  • Relocation allowed

  • Accommodation provided

  • Travel tickets provided
