🎯 What You'll Do

Customer Relationship Management

• Connect with assigned customers through calls and digital channels.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate banking solutions.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Resolve customer queries and complaints within defined timelines.

• Promote digital banking services and help customers adopt convenient digital solutions.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Focus on customer retention and provide an excellent overall experience.

💰 Sales & Business Development

• Achieve assigned sales and portfolio targets.

• Identify opportunities through customer profiling and relationship management.

• Cross-sell and up-sell relevant banking products such as:

  • TPP (Third-Party Products)

  • Asset Products

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Other banking and financial products

• Understand customer needs and recommend products based on eligibility.

• Follow up with customers and convert relevant sales opportunities.

• Monitor key account activities and provide timely reports.

📋 Process & Compliance

• Process customer requests and transactions accurately.

• Maintain proper documentation and update CRM records regularly.

• Follow all banking policies, regulatory requirements, and internal guidelines.

• Ensure complete compliance while recommending and processing products.

• Maintain high standards of service quality and professionalism.

🎓 Eligibility

• Qualification: Graduation in any stream

• Experience: Freshers can apply

• Preferred: 0–1 year of experience in banking, sales, customer service, or relationship management

• Strong interest in building a career in banking & financial services

🗣️ Language Requirements

English – Fluent & Mandatory

Along with English, proficiency in any ONE of the following languages is required:

Hindi | Tamil | Malayalam | Kannada
