Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via chat in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources.
Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in an international chat process (preferred).
Excellent written English communication skills.
Willingness to work in Australian shifts with rotational offs.
Strong typing speed and attention to detail.
