Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)

Job Overview:

Tech Mahindra BPS is hiring Customer Support Executives for a voice process. The role requires candidates with strong English communication skills who can effectively handle customer queries and provide quality service.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Any Graduate (10+2+3 mandatory)

Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in any customer service / BPO role

Excellent English communication skills (Verbal & Written)

Salary & Benefits

In-Hand Salary: ₹21,500 per month

Total CTC: ₹2,81,300 per annum
