Customer Care Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and resolve queries in a timely and professional manner

• Provide accurate information about products and services

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups

• Build positive relationships with customers

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation is mandatory

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible to work in rotational shifts

Work Details:

• 6 days working with rotational week off

• Rotational shifts (Day shifts for female candidates)

Salary & Benefits:

• CTC: ₹19,000 per month

• In-hand salary: ₹15,000 per month
