Job Title : Customer Service Representative/Customer Service Representative
Location : Ahmedabad Gujarat
Shift Timings :6:30 AM-6:30PM
Night Shift (6 Days in a week & 1 day will be week off)
Job Overview:
• In this role, you’ll answer incoming calls.
•You’ll be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services.
•The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment aligned with UK business hours.
• Strong communication skills, fluency in English, and a customer-first mindset are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
•Answer customer calls quickly and professionally.
•Resolve customer complaints calmly and escalate issues when needed.
•Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and adhere to quality standards.
What We’re Looking For:

•English is Must.
•Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or above
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Excellent problem-solving abilities.
•Previous International Call Center Experience if not person with good communication skills in English can also apply
