Position Customer Care Executive (Inside Sales & Support)

Eligibility

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Call Centre, BPO, or Tele Sales

• Fluent in English & Hindi (Mandatory)

• Excellent communication and selling skills

• Target-oriented and self-motivated Salary
  

CTC: 24,000

In-Hand: 20,000

Incentives: upto 10,000

Shift Timings

• 9-hour rotational shifts between 7:00 AM 12:00 AM

• For female employees, maximum log-out time is 8:00 PM

• Comfortable working on weekends and festivals

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

• Convert customer inquiries into bookings and sales.

• Resolve customer queries professionally.

• Achieve daily sales and productivity targets.

• Maintain high standards of customer service.

• Update customer details accurately in the system.

• It is a Full Time కస్టమర్ మద్దతు / టెలికాలర్ job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
