Smart Structure is Kolkata’s emerging online marketplace for home building materials — connecting customers directly with trusted local dealers. Our mission is to make construction material buying simple, transparent, affordable and fast.

JOB ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for proactive and communication-oriented Customer care executive to support our customer engagement and application experience initiatives. The role focuses on maintaining meaningful communication with customers who have downloaded the Smart Structure application or previously shown interest in our platform, understanding their experience, identifying any challenges they may be facing, and ensuring that their concerns are appropriately recorded and coordinated with the relevant internal team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage with existing customers who have downloaded the Smart Structure application or expressed interest in our platform.

• Understand the customer’s experience with the application and check whether they are able to use the platform smoothly.

• Proactively identify any difficulties, queries or concerns customers may be experiencing while using the application.

• Provide customers with relevant information and basic guidance wherever required.

• Record customer feedback, concerns and application-related issues accurately for internal follow-up.

• Coordinate with the relevant internal teams to ensure identified customer concerns are communicated and addressed appropriately.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers wherever necessary and keep the status of each interaction updated.

• Identify customer requirements, suggestions and feedback that can help improve the overall application experience.

• Maintain clear and organized records of customer interactions and project-related updates.

• Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

WORKING DAYS

Monday to Saturday

Timing- 9:30 am to 7:30 pm

ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate or undergraduate students from any relevant discipline are welcome to apply.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Confident, polite and professional approach while interacting with customers.

• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets or similar tools is preferred.

• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow up on assigned tasks.

• Customer-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.

• Prior experience in customer engagement, coordination or support is an added advantage but not mandatory.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

• Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month
