Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide timely support.

• Follow up with clients regarding shipments, deliveries, and pending issues.

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth shipment movement.

• Upload and update POD in the system.

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports on a regular basis.

• Handle billing-related work and coordinate for invoice-related queries.

• Maintain proper records of customer communication and shipment status.

• Follow up for pending PODs, payments, and other required documents.

• Coordinate with operations teams to resolve customer issues.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Must have knowledge of billing and invoicing.

• Basic knowledge of courier, cargo, and logistics operations is mandatory.

• Should understand basic logistics terms.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.

• Good communication and follow-up skills.

• Should be comfortable coordinating with clients and internal departments.

• Candidates with experience in the courier/cargo/logistics industry will be preferred.

• It is a Full Time కస్టమర్ మద్దతు / టెలికాలర్ job for candidates with 1 - 6 years of experience.
