Job Title: Customer Care Executive / MIS Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls, queries and complaints professionally.

• Follow up with customers and ensure timely resolution of issues.

• Maintain customer and operational data in Excel.

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.

• Manage data entry, data verification and record maintenance.

• Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and pending issues.

• Prepare attendance, performance and other required reports.

• Maintain proper documentation and update records regularly.

• Support the team in day-to-day administrative and reporting activities.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel.

• Knowledge of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, COUNTIF/SUMIF and basic formulas.

• Good data management and reporting skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office.

• Good follow-up and coordination skills.

• Ability to work with accuracy and meet deadlines.

Experience: 1–3 Years
Education: Graduate / Any Relevant Qualification
