Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about products or services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities
· Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally
· Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
· Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
· Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
· Follow up with customers when necessary
· Meet daily/weekly call targets and performance metrics
· Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Good verbal communication skills (Hindi/English or regional language)
· Basic computer knowledge
· Strong problem-solving ability
· Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
· Customer-oriented mindset
· Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
Preferred Skills
· Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
· Familiarity with CRM software
· Active listening skills
