Salary Structure & PF Update

As part of the revised salary structure in line with the applicable government requirements:

• ₹720 per month will be contributed towards the employee's Provident Fund (PF) account.

• The employee's monthly in-hand salary will reduce by ₹720 after implementation of the revised structure.

• The same amount will be credited to the employee's PF account as part of their long-term retirement savings.

• There will be no change in the overall CTC.

Candidates will be briefed about this change upfront to ensure complete transparency and avoid any misunderstanding at a later stage.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions through voice-based support.

• Assist customers with their queries and provide appropriate resolutions.

• Maintain professional communication throughout customer interactions.

• Follow the defined process guidelines and quality standards.

• Accurately record and update customer information as required.

• Meet assigned productivity and quality targets.

• Maintain a positive customer experience.

Shift Details

• 5 Days Working

• 2 Rotational Weekly Offs

• US-Based Rotational Night Shifts

Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational night shifts.

Transport Facility

Home Pick-up & Drop facility is available for eligible shifts operating between:

9:00 PM to 5:30 AM

Transport Boundary

Candidates must be located within the specified transport boundary:

1. Mira Road

2. Churchgate

3. Dombivli

4. CST

5. Vashi

Important: Candidates residing outside the above-mentioned transport boundary should not be shared for this requirement.

Nodal Pick-up / Drop Points

• Andheri East – Western Line

• Vikhroli – Central / Harbour Line

Transport eligibility will be subject to the applicable shift and company transport policy.

• Address Proof

• Educational Marksheet

• Employment Documents, wherever applicable:

  • Offer Letter

  • Relieving Letter

  • Salary Slips

  • Bank Statement

Pre-BGV Process

This position follows a Pre-BGV (Background Verification) process for all selected/joining candidates.

Candidates must provide genuine and verifiable information and documents.

Please note: Candidates with criminal records, fraudulent documentation, or unethical backgrounds should not be shared for this requirement.

Candidate Eligibility

Candidates should:

• Have a minimum HSC qualification.

• Possess good verbal communication skills.

• Have an interest in voice-based customer service.

• Be comfortable working in US-based rotational night shifts.

• Be willing to work 5 days a week with 2 rotational weekly offs.

• Reside within the specified transport boundary.

• Be willing to complete the pre-BGV process.

• Have all required documents available for verification.
