Customer Care Representative will be responsible for handling Calls from Existing Customer and creating new database from new Line of contacts.

Handling day to day activities, taking feedback from customer regarding services.

Complete Daily Target, checking mails, taking feedback from Technician of day to day services and close the deal on daily basis.

Focus on Monthly target and create survey for services.
