Role Requirements:
Experience: 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in Customer Support / Customer Service (VOICE)
Languages: English and Hindi Mandate Fluent with and vernacular language.
Process Expertise: Strong exposure to voice-based support processes
Startup Experience - Should have worked in any startup ecosystem.
