Job Description – Customer Support Executive

Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Department: Customer Support
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Location: Pune

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

• Understand customer concerns, queries, and issues and provide appropriate resolutions.

• Respond to customer emails within the defined turnaround time.

• Resolve customer queries and complaints accurately and effectively.

• Provide correct information regarding company products, services, and processes.

• Maintain proper records of customer calls, emails, queries, and resolutions.

• Coordinate with relevant internal departments when required to resolve customer issues.

• Follow up on pending customer queries to ensure timely resolution.

• Maintain professionalism, politeness, and accuracy in all customer communications.

• Adhere to company policies, processes, attendance requirements, and performance standards.

• Perform any additional customer support-related responsibilities assigned by the management.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

• Good email writing and communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and listening skills.

• Basic knowledge of computers

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to handle customer complaints patiently and professionally.

• Graduate or undergraduate candidates may apply.

• Previous experience in customer support or a similar role will be preferred.

Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
