Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-oriented Female Customer Service Executive to join our courier and logistics team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, tracking shipments, coordinating with delivery teams, and ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, queries, and complaints professionally.

• Provide customers with shipment and delivery-related information.

• Track courier shipments and provide timely status updates.

• Coordinate with delivery executives and internal operations teams.

• Follow up on delayed, undelivered, or returned shipments.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.

• Resolve customer issues promptly or escalate them to the concerned team.

• Ensure good customer satisfaction and maintain professional communication.

• Support day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidates preferred.

• Fresher to 1 year of experience in customer service, BPO, logistics, courier, or a similar role.

• Must be fluent in English and Kannada.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on MS Office/email.

• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Should be polite, patient, and customer-focused.

• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and handle customer queries effectively.
